In this section, you can associate each vehicle with a specific Building. This ensures accurate tracking of emissions and operational impacts linked to your properties.
2. Specify Vehicle Type
When creating a vehicle entry, specify the Type of Vehicle. You can categorize it as either a Vehicle, Machinery, or Long-Distance Transport (such as Aircraft). Selecting the correct type is essential for emissions reporting and compliance.
3. Select Fuel Type
It’s necessary to choose the Fuel Type used by the vehicle, as this information directly affects your emissions calculations.
4. Provide Vehicle Identification
You’ll also need to provide the Vehicle Identification, which is crucial for effectively tracking and managing your fleet.
5. Include Optional Details
Enhance your records by including optional information such as Brand/Model/Class, which provides additional context about each vehicle.
6. Indicate Vehicle Status
Indicate whether the vehicle is currently Active and if it is under your company’s Ownership and Control. This distinction helps clarify operational responsibilities.
