Understanding the "My Task" Section: Managing ESG Data Efficiently

The "My Task" section in your ESG management tool is designed to streamline the data collection, validation, and consolidation processes. It provides users with three distinct environments that help manage and organize ESG Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) efficiently:

1. Fill Data

Purpose: This environment is where data providers input all required ESG data.
Application: Data providers can easily access and fill in the information for specific KPIs. The system guides users through each field, ensuring that all necessary data is captured for ESG reporting standards like GRI, ESRS, or IFRS.
Key Benefit: Simplifies data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness at the source.

2. Validate

Purpose: This environment ensures that the ESG data submitted by the data provider is fully completed and meets the required standards.
Application: Once a KPI is 100% filled in by the data provider, it moves to the "Validate" tab, where the data is checked for accuracy and completeness. Only after successful validation can the data move to the next phase.
Key Benefit: Helps maintain data quality and compliance by ensuring all KPIs are properly reviewed before consolidation.

3. Consolidate

Purpose: This environment is where all validated KPIs are organized for consolidation.
Application: In the "Consolidate" tab, consolidators can access the fully validated KPIs, ready for analysis, reporting, or further action. This stage allows for the efficient gathering of ESG data for final review or submission to stakeholders.
Key Benefit: Provides a clear, structured view of all consolidated KPIs, ensuring that all required data is ready for ESG reporting or audits.

By utilizing these three environments—Fill Data, Validate, and Consolidate—users can efficiently manage the entire ESG data workflow, from input to final consolidation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ESG standards.
